Inside our Yuen Yeung Chocolate Croissant

Yuen Yeung (or Yin Yang) is a popular drink originated in Hong Kong, consisting of seven parts HK-style milk tea and three parts coffee, served with evaporated milk.

Hong Kong milk tea itself is an iconic drink known for being rich in tea flavour, thanks to its longer brewing time. The tea is poured through a tea sock, then brought back to a boil again multiple times to produce a tea strong in taste, colour, and shine.

We are incorporating this iconic nostalgic flavour from Hong Kong to our croissant to celebrate the Lunar New Year!
